The Road Ahead

Working with the Coyote, you can expect personal attention and open communication that can sometimes get lost at larger design companies. During your initial consultation, we will go over your project requirements, as well as your goals and desires for the project. I can take basic project specs and run with it from concept to final output, OR I can make your specifically guided vision come to life. Based on the initial information, we will outline your project and come up with a time line and project cost estimate.

Work Schedule

My offical hours of operation are evenings and weekends, as I am generally not at the Coyote work station until after 4pm on weekdays. I do monitor email when away from the den and will occasionally work on projects remotely.

Rates & Billing

Projects are generally billed out at an hourly rate, with a deposit of one third of the estimate amount being collected up front. Some smaller projects and special circumstances may warrant a flat rate fee, but would be considered on a per project basis and have limitations built into the estimate. Rates and project details are laid out in a brief contract to be signed by both parties prior to commencing the project. Billable design time is tracked to the minute and invoices are sent out monthly.

Outside Expenses

Some projects may require the purchase of goods or services from an outside vendor. These additional expenses are your responsibily and may require payment up front.
Some common outside expenses are:

• Stock Photography (I often buy what’s needed and add cost to your invoice)
• Printing Costs (many printers must be paid in full before printing starts)
• Domain Name & Web Hosting (required to begin web development)
